1. Overview

At OBD PRO, we take pride in providing reliable and efficient vehicle diagnostic and programming services. Due to the nature of our work, which is primarily service-based, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on completed services.

2. No Refunds on Services

 

Once a service has been initiated or completed, we do not offer refunds, unless one of the following exceptions applies:
•    We are unable to provide the service that was purchased due to technical or logistical reasons
•    The product or part required to perform the service is unavailable or out of stock, and a suitable alternative cannot be sourced within a reasonable timeframe
If you believe your case qualifies for one of the above exceptions, please contact us at obdpromk@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Product Availability & Out of Stock Items

If an item (e.g. a module or electronic component) you purchased is out of stock, and you choose not to wait for restocking or a substitute, we will offer a full refund for that product. This does not apply to services already rendered or partially completed.

4. Buy Back Policy – Mileage Blockers

 

We offer a “Buy Back” service for mileage blockers under the following conditions:
•    The mileage blocker must have been purchased from OBD PRO
•    The mileage blocker must have been fitted and removed by OBD PRO
•    We will buy back the device at trade price, based on its condition and functionality
•    This service is offered entirely at our discretion and is not guaranteed
•    Return shipping and any related costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed

5. Exchanges

 

We do not offer product exchanges at this time unless a product is defective or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
