At OBD PRO, we are committed to providing fast, efficient, and professional automotive services. Our goal is to complete all service requests within 24 hours, wherever possible. In cases where specific parts are required, we aim to source them swiftly and carry out the work on the same day the parts arrive.

2. Service Turnaround Time

  • Standard Services:
    For most diagnostics, coding, and software-related services, we aim to complete the job within 24 hours of booking or receiving the vehicle.

  • Services Requiring Parts:
    If your service requires ordering specific components or replacement parts:

    • We typically receive parts within 2–3 working days

    • Once parts arrive, the work is carried out on the same day to minimise delays

We will keep you informed at each stage and notify you immediately if any delays occur.

3. Parts Shipping & Handling

  • We only use reliable suppliers and couriers to ensure parts are delivered quickly and securely.

  • Shipping times for parts may vary depending on supplier availability, shipping location, or courier delays. If any issues arise, we will communicate them with you promptly.

  • In some cases, expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost—please contact us directly for more information.

4. Customer Communication

Once your booking is confirmed:

  • You will receive an estimated service time

  • If parts are required, we will inform you of the expected delivery date

  • You’ll be updated via Instagram, WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding progress or changes

5. Missed or Delayed Appointments

If you are unable to attend your scheduled service time, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling delays. Missed appointments without notice may result in a rebooking fee.

6. Locations & Mobile Services
